I’m not gonna lie – I’m angry. So so angry. I’m angry at the story of Sarah Everard. I’m angry that us, as women, still feel too scared to walk the streets at night without taking extra precautions. I’m angry that some men don’t seem to understand why we’re angry. I’m angry about the violence seen at the vigil tonight. As a woman, I’m angry at what has happened this last week.

It’s been a long month. A long, long, long month. I haven’t really given an update in the last few weeks; I briefly posted about the self harm and then the awful death of Caroline Flack, but nothing else.

So everybody has heard the tragic news of Caroline Flack’s death. There’s been a lot of controversy around this already in the 24 hours since it’s been announced. People are jumping online to pay respects, others are attacking them people because they were the ones that slated her in the past, and then there’s the ones that are saying ‘good riddance’.
